SOME HELPFUL TIPS

  • If you do not see the service you wish to book on-line,  it means that service requires you to call and book over the phone for additional information, please call to schedule.

  • If you do not see one of our aestheticians at a specific service , it means they are either not available or they do not perform that service.

  • If you notice a problem with your confirmation text or e-mail regarding your time, date or service, contact us by phone or e-mail.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot book multiple appointments at the same time, only one service at a time is available. 

  • Out of courtesy we kindly ask that 24 hours notice is given when you are cancelling your appointment to better schedule our aestheticians. In the event that an appointment is missed , we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee. 

  • If you are unsure of which service you would like to book, please refer to the pink service tab on top of the website for a brief description of a service

  • If you are booking appointments for multiple people, please make sure you use separate phone numbers to avoid confusion. 

  • Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an e-mail and text code. 

  • Input your code that was sent.

  • Once imputed, your appointment will be in our booking system and a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Late Policy

If in the event you arrive late, this could shorten your allotted appointment time. When this occurs, services may be altered or other team members may be asked to help assist with your services.

In the event your aesthetician cannot fulfill your entire service, please understand it is because of the scheduling time and fairness to the next client. Prices of services will not be altered or discounted. 

If you are arriving late, please call to notify us. If the appointment time has lapsed, rescheduling may be the only other alternative. However, this is considered a no show and a charge may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We are a small business and are limited with our booking times, canceling ahead allows us to offer the time to another client. 

When Rescheduling, we ask you allot 24 hours. 

Not showing up or notifying us will result in a charge of 50% or $25 of your missed appointment cost. 

You will not be able to reschedule without paying this charge. This charge will cover the lose of income and spa time. In order to prevent no shows a reminder text message is sent to clients a day in advance to prevent this from occurring.

Booking Short, Medium, Long or Extra Long Manicures

When booking your gel manicure, please book  according to your nail length and service add-ons such as nail art. This is to ensure we have enough time allotted to perform the services you wish. Due to the fact that we usually work by appointment, different Gel lengths require different times, product or skill set. It is industry standard to take this into account so service providers don't run behind and service clients properly and fairly.If you have not booked your appointment accordingly, your service provider might not have the time necessary and might not be able to perform the added on service. In the event you don't book the proper length manicure, your service provider will charge accordingly and correctly.
